Thread: Nausea

    Default Nausea

Is there something that takes away the nausea? I have been feeling this way most of the day and its doesn't seem to want to let up. I am afraid to eat anything cause I don't want it to come back up... I have been 100% raw for 9 months and I am NOT preg. Thanks
    Sandy

Ginger will help - make yourself tea; it's very soothing.

I HEARD that cantaloupe was good for an upset tummy. But if that doesn't sound good then just tea is probably a safer bet.

They are right,,,,,,,,,,,Ginger is usually the best thing. There is a patch you can get from the Dr. that you put behind your ear. But I think I would stick with the GINGER. Hope you find something that works.

Never heard of Canteloupe before. But I eat it all the time, when it is in season, maybe that is why my tummy don't ache,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
