Default amount of digestion time for seeds

This has probably come up previously, but I was wondering how long one should wait before consuming other foods to ensure proper digestion after eating nuts/seeds (in this case a tbsp. sesame seeds)? I had water this morning and then the sesame seeds and I want to try and prevent bloating and help my digestion as it hasn't been moving well at all lately.

seeds and nuts take 4 hours to digest. They are proteins and they digest in the stomach. They can be eaten along beans, peas, olives, and grains because these are all in the protein category. Proteins can be eaten in combination with green vegetables. Now nuts can be mixed with Acid fruits. Avocados are best with Acid fruits or sub acid fruits or green vegetables. Tomatoes can be eaten with non-starchy vegetables and protein. The best guide we have though is our own body. Listen to your body.

Default fats are very slow to digest

A meal that includes fats (especially nuts) may exit the stomach within a few hours but it can still be in the digestive tract up to 14 hours later. For this reason, many people who eat fat at dinner time and then eat fruit for breakfast sometimes experience gas, bloating or worse after the fruit. They usually blame the fruit, and say they're 'allergic' or 'sensitive' to it, but it's actually the nuts and other fats that hold up the fruits and cause them to ferment. Because fats are so slow to digest, most raw fooders leave them for the last meal of the day. Very small amounts like you're talking about would probably not be a problem, but you can experiment to find out.

What about nut milks? With the nuts already broken up completely this way, surely it wouldn't take as long to digest? And as for 4 hours to digest, is that for sprouted or unsprouted nuts?
