Jacky, I've heard that too. Some people indeed say ACV is useful when you have problems with digesting raw food, especially when you just started and your stomach doesn't produce enough acid yet to digest all the fibers. The acid in ACV can help then. Another thing that can help in that case is sauerkraut. It seems to make digestion easier, so this could mean that it also makes losing weight easier as it regulates?
Mel, there are enough people who swear by ACV for losing weight (or not gaining) and other ailments, you could probably google that up. They drink like 2 ts of ACV in one glass of water, maybe a couple of times a day. Certainly not every one here is into Doug Graham, we are all just trying to help and give you different information on the topic. Some of us swear by using ACV, but others just don't.

Well I was curious about this... so I am doing my own experiement.

Still eating 100% raw, I have done 2 days of the ACV in water so far. First day I only did it in the morning and afternoon. Next morning I was down 2 lbs. Second day, morning, afternoon and night (with a lot of snacking on nuts), next morning down one lb. Today is day three.

I'll keep you updated, mel123. I plan to kick up my exercise program though starting tomorrow (okay lets face it... not kick it up but actually START). So that is something to consider for whatever happens next as well.

Apple Cider Vinegar is good for just about everything because of all the trace minerals that are found in it. And weight loss is one of the claims. I don't know how it works with RAW...............
