Thread: gas???

  1. #1

    Default gas???

Um.....it sounds like there is a small dog barking in my stomach, and I'm not a tooter usually. Is this normal, or is it because I am doing raw all day and then slipping at supper time?
    :) Cheers!

might be because of the mixture of of cooked and raw both don't digest well and it tends to ferment and cause extra gas.

Might you have any food allergies? I was having that problem and then discovered that it was due to eating dairy that I am allergic to.

Maca and flax seeds give me gas which is a shame as they are both good things to consume.

    YES GAS!

On a SAD diet my bowels were very quiet and probably numbed by all the junk I ate.

Now? hehe **blushes and giggles** Oh my!
I can hear my body working on my food boy oh boy!

I think that it will probably settle down after a while as my body is still learning and reacting to what I eat.

But guess what? I would rather have gas that doesn't smell to what is on the other side! NO NO I WON'T GO BACK!!

Maybe I should rename myself to "FRUITY TOOTS" Hahaha

Also, be sure to eat your fruit FIRST as they go through our systems so fast. If not, that could be sitting on top of other food and fermenting.

Sometimes any change in diet can change your digestion temorarily and in result cause gas. Your body will adjust and if it doesn't you will have to bottle it and sell it as organic raw perfume and make some major bucks....just kidding! Seriously I was just kidding, :O

My stomach has almost always been loud, like you can hear my digestion-only it sounds like I am farting sometimes, and it is embarassing. Any suggestions as it seems to get worse the more fruits and veggies I eat.
