    Rhio is awesome! I will be assisting her with recipe prep for her new video! I am so excited and can't wait to learn from her!

    Have you been to the plant in Dumbo? They have ongoing classes. Here the site. www.theplantindumbo.com He was co-owner of Pure Food and Wine and when he and Sarma split he opened this place.

    Let me know if you need more Raw food in NYC info. I am in NYC often.
