a 3 day retreat in the beautiful mountains of Washington State. Just south of Seattle, Seatac International airport. if we have enough people coming it on the same date and time, we will offer free shuttle service to and from the airport, please call for information. Learn about organic garden, common pitfalls, choose produce, what to look for, the best kitchen equipment (may surprise you, as the best isn't always the most expensive) learn how to use these appliances.
Hear other's stories of how they went raw, and why, what illnesses they have cured, and are still working on, meet other raw foodists, and make new friends.

I can't believe I will be missing out on this! Vacation plans (and a baby shower for my DIL) this weekend for us already or I'd so be there. Can't wait to hear all about it from those who attend and please post lots of pictures! Also... please do offer this type of retreat again, I know it will be very popular and you will have many requests in addition to mine! Have a wonderful time everyone!
