Well, first of all, what business is it of your boyfriend's what YOU eat?

just go to the store, buy fresh raw ripe fruits and veggies that you love, take them home and eat them, repeat as necessary,

    it is that simple,

if you wish to make some great recipes, get Alissa's book Living on Live Foods, it is amazing the foods you can make on raw, and they are so delicious.

why did you decide to eat raw in the first place?

go back to that space in your mind, and take a look at those reasons, ---- are they still important to you??? then continue eating raw.

humans don't need to eat meat, eating meat and dairy causes massive diseases in the body.

if you think you need protein, that is an illusion too, amino acids make protein in the body, apes, gorillas, cows, horses, where do they get their protein? from eating amino acids, which comes from eating green leafy vegetables.

I'm also a recovering anorexic/bulimic... This way of eating has essentially knocked all fear of foods out of the picture. I happily eat what I want, when I want, and feel so much better about myself.

On vacation, you can find veggie plates and fruit plates at about any restaurant you go to. As far as your family and boyfriend, they should be happy to see you eating healthfully and not worry about getting sick afterwards.

    Best of luck!

I can kind of understand your boyfriend's concerns, but it's not like you are going on a diet lie Atkins and killing your body. As RP said, we do not need protein. Check out The China Study, it's supposed to be a good read from everything I've heard. You don't have to tell your boyfriend about going raw. If you said you were going to go vegetarian I don't think people would flip out, and raw is nothing different than that!

    On Weight Watchers:
