Default HELP:Raring to go but very weak. . .

I have finally been able to make the commitment to 100% - yippee!

I am loving the rapid loss of FOG brain and the onset of fantastic motavation - yippee again to get things done!

However, I am having a real problem with extream weakness. I am raring to go - as it is I have managed to get 21 chores done in four days; chores I have not gotten done in . . . well a very long time!

But I am just physically shattered although mentally very perky, awake at 5am where as before I dragged myself out of bed at 8 because I HAD too!

I am eating well, lots of greens & fruit. My appetite tapered off very quickly but I do eat when I am hungry. I have a meal and think I should really finish but I just cannot. As we all know it's hard to stuff yourself on simple raw fare!

I would appreciate any tips - Cheers everyone!

PS: I am at the beginning of my 2nd week.

    Wow no advice!?

Well I drank a buch a water late afternoon and and hour later I felt much better; could I have been dehydrated? I wasnt aware fatigue was a symtom of dehydration!

I would still be interested in any advice!

    Cheers!

Not sure what to add to that eachpeach. Yes, perhaps it was dehydration that made you feel so weak. Because our bodies are made up mostly of water...we need to constantly replenish what we lose through sweat, peeing, breathing, etc...
Hope you're getting your energy back. :)

Thanks RP, you have been so inspirational!!!!! I think I have been having so much green smoothie and greens I didnt feel the need; then I saw my urine and it was so dark I dashed to fill up on water. I should have suspected this as I had not passed a stool today given how frequently I have been in there since 100%!

Isnt it great how our bodies speak to us!!!

    Thanks again!
