    Default Support please, please, please!!!

I did the 30 day challenge, had a break when I went away and now am trying to get back into another challenge, but every other day I am craving (and giving in to) a fried potato fix! This is a nightmare to me and I was wondering if anyone could or would be willing to support me over this next week so that I am answerable to someone? I know everyone has busy lives, but if I feel like I have made a personal pact with someone I will stick to it and once I've done it for a week I will be home free.

    Yours in eager anticipation...

OMG I did the same thing when I started "transitioning" to raw. Every night I would fry potatoes. They were my one huge craving.

I threw out the entire 10 pound bag of potatoes and gave my frying pans to my parents for safekeeping. I tossed the oils and the butters. The next day I just went 100% raw. I wasn't about to let a little potato run my life!!!

You can do it!!!! Whenever you start having cravings, have something starchy like a banana, or have a big green salad. I have heard that if you can put off your craving for 10 or 20 minutes then you're good to go. Good luck!!!!!!!

    Default Oh thanks!

Glad to know I'm not alone! I don't care about chocolate, cakes, sweets or biscuits, but fried spuds are my absolute fave! I will do as you say and have a banana or a salad with avocado...and as I have said this to you, I feel like I MUST...I've made a pact! I will not touch another fried potato (or any other junk cooked food for that matter) for the next 40 days and that's a promise! Thanks again hon, you're a star!
