Thumbs up Your Right to be Beautiful.

    Hello all :)..

I just finished reading a wonderful book . I honestly could not put it down.
Its like no other Raw book I have read! Its called ......

" Your Right To Be beautiful How to Halt the Train of Aging and meet the most Beautiful you" By Tonya Zavasta..

its not a diet book its more a book on the facts of Raw life style and she really has gone out of her way to get to the truth about a raw diet .
Its also so very encouraging. She is warm and like a big sister talking to you about the mental and emotional aspects of going raw in the non- raw world and the non raw people in your life.

Well...I was always vegetarian but a lousy vegetarian. Lot's of fat's and diary and wheat etc. The health issues is a long story...always getting worse and terrible experiences with doctor's. It was the thyroid nodules that were choking me and uncontrollable hives and itching that drove me into an N.D.'s office. He was really arrogant but he sat there for an hour and lectured me and basically said "WAKE UP!" ... and I did. I went off of all wheat, diary, sugars, processed foods...basically went to vegan. I've been playing with raw eating on and off. I've found the diet I'm using now - high fruit with salad in the evening to be the best for me. I'm about 6 - 7 weeks on this diet and feeling great.
I've done a lot of treatments as well along the way - Myers Cocktails, accupuncture, homeopathic treatments, NAET...every little bit helps. Hard to believe now how sick I was. Sometimes when you really sick, you can't imagine being well or being in any different state. Now that I'm getting better, I can't imagine how I got so sick! And why I didn't do this ten years ago. But I guess we can only make changes when we are ready.
I too want to get A's book and DVD - haven't seen them here but I haven't checked all the outlets. I haven't been down your way in a long time. I was some supplements from an ND in Seattle but with all the border restrictions now, things were being ceased or held for months. I want to get down there and buy some stuff and "sneak" it through. oops!

Thanks NWgal, I've been seeing the signs of aging lately, and boy do I want to halt them.
