    Default Sippy cup stawberry smoothie!

I find that my nut mylk smoothies with banana dont have a long lifespan so I tried making one serving. For me this is BIG as I never make more than a VitaMix FULL at a time.

10 almonds - soaked & dehydrated if you like
    1/3 banana
    4 frozen strawberries
water - start with 1/2 a sippy cup adding more as needed
    agave - if needed

Blend till smooth. I DID NOT strain as I wanted something filling for my wee one!

I think I'll try making this for my little sister! I don't have almonds though, and she is rather picky...what do you think would work best (I'll just list all the nuts/seeds I have available)
    ~sunflower seeds
    ~pecans
~flax (I don't think that one would work, lol although I could be wrong?)
    ~sesame seeds
    I think that is all

she lives on juice and my mom is trying to break this habit, so maybe this will help. thanks!
