Default Do any of you have Beth Montgomery's book?

Is it good? Do you recommend it?

    Default Beth Montgomery's books

I have two of her books. I have tried some of her recipes in there. I can not remember if my baby ate them or not. I liked them.

She gave some information in her books, that is fairly well known in the raw food community.

She had a spinach, flax, apple soup that was very nice. I am always searching for recipes that include a lot of the basics that you try to cover with your kids. Greens, fats, tastes good. Well balanced nutritionally sound recipes.

I am not sad that I purchased them. They are very resonably priced.
