    Default Anyone grow strawberries here?

I have some strawberry plants to plant but I haven't decided what to do with them yet.

You see, I have a clay strawberry planter pot and/or I can put them right into my garden boxes. Is there a reason why you should plant them in a strawberry planter rather than right in the garden?

    Thanks!

I have a few, but once a strawberry pops up and is JUST about ripe I wait a day and a squirrel gets it

I have mine planted in my garden. I hope that they will have no problems. They are growing great. I have wild strawberries everywhere, but their fruit doesn't have alot of flavor, but I eat them anyways.
