I absolutely LOVE sweet potato juice. It is delicious! Very creamy and frothy and sweet. I recommend you try it. My juicer was fine with it. The sweet potato has sort of less than fully ripe pear consistency. It never hurt my juicer and I have an average juicer. Not a high powered one. You can get a ton of juice out of them too. Pretty economical.

I'm on a juice fast. I want to try that! I've heard it's so yummy. I was listening to David Wolfe and he was talking about how delish sweet potato juice is and how people really start thinking you're weird when you say, "Oh, yeah, I get to go home and have yam juice!"

MY kids and I love sweet potato juice. I had no problem put it through my juicer.
    I put:
    1 sweet potato
    2 oranges
    2 celery stalks
    yummy!!!!
    enjoy!!!
