Need more space
I still have to cook SAD for my family, so haven't been able to get rid of anything.
I actually need more space to keep my stuff. The fridge is always loaded, so I need a 2nd one to keep the produce especially, and a lot of other things as most items have to be refrigerated once opened.
I also need additional cabinet space for small appliances, jars, storage containers, gadgets, and other Misc.

Never have had any of those.
Also, what does everyone do with all that extra cabinet space. If everything is fresh do you even bothering storing more than nuts , seasonings and a few dried fruits
Extra? What's that? Filled with dishes, herbs and spices, agave, olive oil and that's 'bout it.
What about deep freezers, do you dehydrate and freeze? Buy bulk fruit from SAM's Club and freeze for smoothies, presoak farm fresh foods then freeze???
Noooooo. Have my nuts and some frozen fruit. That's about it. Being in sunny SoCal we have farmers' markets year round so, whatever's fresh in season... Don't have to store much.

I've donated all of our old pots, pans and cooking appliances. We just purchased and moved into a new house, and bought a washer, dryer, dishwasher and fridge but no stove. We store our water cooler and a large bin where the stove should go. Our parents were shocked at us not buying a stove - I think their worried what they will eat when they stay over. I guess it will have to be Raw!!!
I have a dish fetish so I don't have excess cupboard space. One cupboard is dedicated to raw books, and vegetarian/vegan books I am holding on to (in case I ever run out of tasty raw dishes, and hope to find raw recepies in my old books). I also am building a shelf for above the stove hole to grow herbs and wheat grass on.

Months later and I've finally sold Microwave in yesterdays yard sale:)
It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.

Storage space
I use my micro to hold sprouts at night. I have pets and do not want to tempt them when I am not watching. I use the oven to dehydrate at the moment because I do not have a dehydrator yet.i know it is not as good but I am only on week two nd it is a big investment. I alraedy bought a juicer and food grocessor and blender. I am saving for a vita mix and a 9 tray with a timer.
I have looked into a fridge with freezer on the bottom as well. I thin it will be nicer since I do not freeze a lot any more.
I will never have extra cupboard space because I have a platter fetish. I love to serve things elegantly. My son says presentation is more important than what it is. He watches way to much cooking channel.
as my family usesup other food I am replacing it with raw choices so i am gaining space by the day.
I can say I ill not get rid of pots and pans because I will use them as planters one day or some other recycled use, dog dishes, foot soak baths, water feature in my garden sitting space.

Gave away microwave. Still have a toaster for the family. Big pot is being used to hold utensils.

I found a round dehydrator online for about $50. Just do some searching and make sure it has a temp control.

Now what to do with my dish washer, last night was the last spin

I wish I could get rid of those appliances, but there are two of us here, and only one of us is raw. My husband, the physiologist, is a confirmed SAD eater. We're have a small fridge and the pantry is crowded -- to say the least. I'd like a house with two kitchens!

We have a very large kitchen so I didn’t get right of anything except for the microwave. I will still cook for my DP and for company/guests, but of cause raw is my primary way of cooking now.
We have no extra cabinet space. Its full of spices, butters, oils, and DPs food.
I freeze fruit (and buy it frozen) and ice for smoothes so that’s pretty much what’s in the freezer. I keep nuts in the refrigerator.
