I've got just a couple more spots open for my Wednesday evening (May 24th) Living on Live Food Level 1 Chef Certification course! If you have any friends in the Twin Cities area, get them in! This is a great beginner class where they'll get to learn how to make a bunch of Alissa's best recipes!
The Level 1 class is immediately followed by a Level 2 Instructor Certification class on Thursday and Friday. This class is for those anxious to learn more about the raw food lifestyle, and those wanting to make a career out of raw food. (Room for one, maybe two more folks! Is that you???)
