When I make a green lemonade in the juicer there is a frothy foam on top. I need to stir it before drinking it. What is that?

p.s. Green Lemonade is: 1 lemon, 1 inch ginger, 1 head romaine lettuce, 2 handfuls of spinach and 2 granny smith apples. Delicious and I call it my go-go juice because it gives me so much energy ;)

as far as I know most juicers make foam, there's nothing wrong with it.

I'll second that. My juicer foams whatever I make, it seems.

I understand it is normal, just wondering what it is. Is it the enzymes, part of pulp, or what???
