    Hello,


    I just found this site as I was looking online for a raw food support group. I am also near Kingston, actually in Belleville, ON. Where are the best places to pick up RAW foods in Kingston??

    lol I didn't realize there were so many Kingstons! I knew of the one in Jamaica and I also have a Kingston about 20 minutes away from me, in the Hudson Valley, NY. There's one in WA too?! :)

    And don't forget, there are two Kingstons in Canada, too! There is Kingston, Ontario, and Kingston, Nova Scotia :)

    I live in Kingston, Ontario, and have been curious to try some raw foods, but have not made the jump yet.

    I'm looking for support from people who are doing the raw food thing or who are thinking about it.

    Ideas on where to get raw foods within the city would be great. I'm in the West End, so I've though about Sigrid's, but willing to think about other places, too.

    I'm thinking about just starting with one day and then maybe doing it for a week, then seeing where it goes from there.
