    Default learning more about the MC

    I really want to do the MC once my son is done nursing. He only nurses in the middle of the night now. I'm curious about the maple syrup. I know syrup is not raw. Can you replace it with honey or agave? Where is the best place to get information on the detox program? I'm sure this has been discussed in the past. Thanks for any guidence! Tracy

    you can buy the book called the master cleanser by stanley burroughs for about $6. I don't think he recommends anything but maple syrup. I don't see why raw agave wouldn't work though! I used maple syrup. I think the benefits of the cleanse far outway the issue of non-raw nutrients in maple syrup. It is about YOU though... so I personally see no reason not to use agave. Enjoy... the cleanse will do wonderful things for your mind and body.
