    Default Raw starting tomorrow & attemt MC Mon. after Mother's Day.

    I'm new to this thread - but I am loving reading all of the posts.
    I have had eating disorder trouble in the past and still struggle with it. I found great clarity on previous MC and miss the freedom of it. I am hoping raw eating will help make this challenge easier as well.
    I want to do the thirty day challenge starting tomorrow. I want to do this next week raw - Mother's Day I have eating obligation so I am hoping there will be raw options.
    The day after mother's day I plan to start the MC. I did 4 days recently and felt too tired so quit. I am no longer going to be as busy so I should be able to handle it. I miss it!
    Is anybody else planning on starting the MC on this date?

    Wow! I wish I could wait until then, but I'm feeling pretty desperate to start the MC. I was planning on starting tomorrow. I went for about 56 days 100% raw, and then ate cooked food for 3 days straight. I feel like I need to go to desperate measures to stop myself. I had binge eating disorder since about the age of 13... with periods in between now & then where I could control it. I went for years without a binge, but seems like it only takes one to get it all going again! Anyway, just thought I would pop in and say good luck this week! So glad you're here!

    Thanks for the reply. I'll keep posting throughout the next few weeks on my progress. I'm very excited to start!
    Good luck on your MC!
    Any favorite and easy raw recipes you want to share?

    Day 2 Raw - I'm enjoying using fruits and Veg. in a different way. You have to be so much more imaginative when raw! Otherwise it is too boring. This morning I had a glass of grapefruit juice and a little cantalope. I just had a banana, ground flax and almond, carob powder, coconut flaxes and cashew butter all mixed up together. OMG! SO good! I"m having fun with this. I havn't bought any equiptment yet - I'll probably wait until after the 30 days. I am moving my fast up another week. Will start in two weeks due to a vacation I have to take with family. I don't want to deal with all of the pressure to EAT while there. I wish I could move this to general now since it isn't really about fasting.
