    Default Alfalfa sprouts

I have soaked and now sprouted my alfalfa seeds for 5 days and they are still fairly small. Will they get to be the same size as the ones in the store? I soaked 2 TB and it said that I should get something like 2 cups or something which is more than what I got. Are sprouts grown at home usually smaller than the ones in the store?

They should sprout fully in 3 to 5 days.
I sometimes think that sprouts with smaller leaves look small while they are still growing upright in the sprouter but when I take them out and put them in a bowl they look full size.
Go ahead and enjoy them now.
