Default Blessed Herbs review so far

    Day 4 of my fast.

Well I am impressed so far. The main thing I am impressed with is the Digestive Stimulator (the laxative). It is very gentle, with no cramping like I get with Smooth Move tea or things with Senna in them. This is a fine product! I am on day 4 of a MC fast with Blessed Herb colon cleanse. So far so good. Yesterday was challenging because I was so tired and loopy! I am a counselor so it was a little hard in my sessions yesterday. Thankfully it won't last too much longer. I have decided to do only 8 days, instead of 10 on the MC. I will be starting the internal cleanse after this colon cleanse, where I will just eat really simple healthy Raw foods, with lots of juices and smoothies. I just can't lose too much weight. I went from 121 to 118 so far, and 115 is really the lowest I should go. I am 5'6". So if anyone wants to ask questions about Blessed Herbs, by the end of the 30 day cleanse, I should have some good information for you :)

I LOVED my colon cleanse, although did have some cramping (oh well!) I really want to do the 21 day cleanse and/or parasite cleanse and of course the colon cleanse again. I am hooked!
