Default Time to take a Leap of Faith

    Hello everyone,

I haven't been posting much as I have been super busy. I have debating this for a while and I must follow my gut, intuition, heart. I am going to turn in my resignation tomorrow. As much as I tried to list the 10 things that I am grateful for with this job and there are a few, everyday seemed to be my walk of death. The toxicity level is too much for me and this is making so tired both mentally and physically. Everyday someone comments on how tired I look and with 8-9 hours of sleep. What I am asking for is support and positive energy around my situation. I do have nibbles out there for employment and I am confident that I will be provided for by the Universe. I remember hearing Oprah say on a show that most ill situations start with a pebble, a rock, a boulder and then a full blown crisis. Well I am at the boulder now. When I look back at my life and some of the things that happened each and every nasty situation started with the pebble (a wave) and progressed to the full blown crisis if paying attention. I stayed too long, gave away too much of my power, I lied to myself about the situation and other excuses to make me stay. This has taught me a valuable lesson to listen to my intuition or gut or heart.

Thank you in advance for your positive energy, support and love.

    Thumbs up you'll be fine...

Good luck. It seems to me that you are doing the right thing for yourself.

When one door closes, another one opens. You just have to affirm that a wonderful opportunity is waiting for you. Everyone has their limit, and you are simply respecting yourself by realizing yours.

Have faith that the Universe will provide for you.

    blessings!

    Thank you heabrook.

I have put it out there and I believe that the Universe is pushing me to make a decision with all the crap that has happened with this company of 50 or so.

    Peace

Thank you Miss Linda for your kind, uplifting words. I have had two telephone interviews so far for an at-home position that I am so interested in. I also had a phone interivew with another good prospect. I feel good about both and would take either one. I'll let you know as time marches on.

On another note, Miss Linda I ordered the mineral makeup from Larenim. I ordered samples first and I love, love, love it. My skin has cleared up and looks beautiful. The colors are intense, like the ashes to ashes and blood eye colors. Wow.

Best to you Rawdiva, change is exciting!

side track here......Oh Larenim is such a new love of mine too!!!!! I splurged on it. Their colors are so beautiful----lollipop is a beautful dark bright pink. The forbidden flush color blush is beautiful as blush or swipe over nude color lipstick and it makes it so pretty in pink! The supernatural eyeshadow is fun for highlight. I dab a little jsut above the dip onmy tip lip to create more of a perched look and defintion. My sis was like WOW you look like a doll ---I actually feel beautiful for once..............

I'll bump that thread cuz I would love thear what you all bought and more makeup tips!

Thanks Emerald glow, I am so excited and I was so ready for a change but just too scared to do it. Life is about change anyway. :)

So what are you up to now Raw Diva?
I Imagine the transition wasn't as scary as you thought, just long over due.

It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.

    Hello, Bonjour, Hello!!

lifeAgift, life is grand. I love working from home and I am getting in the swing of things. Yes, you are right, what took me so long? Fear? more than likely. I can't even imagine going back to were I was as far as employment. When I was in the other life (toxic work environment) my face stayed broken out with pimples and spotty. Yep, it was the stress. Now my skin is so clear and glowing. I bask in the sunlight in my office with clean, pure water a few feet away and calming music in the background. I work barefoot and wear shorts and a cami or even in my pjs which are shorts and a cami. LOL. Can you tell that I love it?

Hope all is well with you and thanks for asking about me (I am smiling!!)

    You have so much COURAGE!!!

"Follow your Bliss" is my all time favourite quote. You are truly doing this by honoring yourself and leaving that negative part of life behind. Can't wait to hear what lies ahead for you...of course we are all sending you good thoughts too! :)

    I love Joe Campbell.

JOSEPH CAMPBELL: "All the time. It is miraculous. I even have a superstition that has grown on me as a result of invisible hands coming all the time - namely, that if you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be."

I'm in a similar position. After debate I decided to take a month off of work for personal reasons, Even though I only work Fri-Sunday 7-8 hours every day for retail as a cashier, I do do school Mon - Thurs. It's way too stressful for me at this time in my life. I'd like to quit, but I don't want to take a month off and then quit. My one year mark is in August. I can't stop before then, but health comes first right?
