ingesting oils and fats will help your hair alot, you get amino acids from greens,
To rinse out honey from hair, you just use water, comes right out, rinse rinse rinse, that's it. I used to only wash my hair and skin with honey, now I don't use it any more, well, once last week, but I am using other fruits and veggies instead to wash my hair and skin, it feels more natural to NOT use bee spit. LOL
I read that just recently, and LOVED that, "bee spit." LOL
there I go again, making myself laugh. hahahahaha

Thanks Rawpriestess :)...i thought I was getting enough fats, no? Well I guess it all depends on the person. I had more than usual yesterday and today. It's funny...the first time i tried an avocado I hated it, the taste, the slimey texture, Yuck! but then I tried it with a banana one bite of banana, one bit of avo and I kind of liked it although my body had trouble handling the fat (since it had been fairly deprived for so long) and recently...I can just eat the avocado plain and love it. It's so strange. I used to like live off whole grain cereals before RAW and now I look at it and it doesn't appeal to me at all. Is it normal to prefer eating things more simply right away? I like making the recipes too but I never have all the ingredients so they always turn out bad . I prefer just grabbing a banana and eating it rather than making banana ice cream (although that is delicious as well). Ok sorry this is so off topic. Anyway, ahh rawpriestess...you make me smile ;)

I believe I have had a lifelong deficiency in nutrients resulting in lifelong depression, learning problems etc. Nonetheless, I always had and still do have a beautiful head of hair. Anyway, no matter how much I ate on raw, I still needed supplimentaion of various vitamins, minerals and amino acids to take away especially the learning and concentration problems as well as depression (mostly gone with just 100%organic raw) and repair of the brain which had some damage due to lack of nutrients.
I would highly recommend tests to see what deficiencies you may have or what genetic tendancies you may have towards certain deficiencies. If you cannot afford these tests, do your best to research your symptoms and then consult with your doctor, preferably a nutritionist or nutritional scientist.

thanks Karenisraw :) . It would be a good idea to get these tests. I don't know how expensive they are but I doubt we can afford it. I will talk to my doctor though about what I can do to find these things out or something. Thank you for your suggestions. :)
