    Default is this considered raw?

    Hi I am now on day 2 raw and i love it! but i do have a question i was shoppnig yesterday for food,its so much fun buying new things! but i came across a brand i think its ezikial they make bread and english muffins anyway the bag said flourless wheatless and its sprouted grains...so to me i was like cool these look good but i didnt buy them because i wasnt sure if they were considerd raw? then i was reading a post eariler that said luna bars are raw??is that true and what about the bread?
    Im a little confused please help me understand..
    Raw or not Raw!

    No, sorry, it's not raw False advertisement unfortunately. There was a thread on here about what's raw and waht's not and there were a lot of things you would think were raw, but really aren't. Lara bars are one of them as well.

    the ezekiel bread does taste good but it is not raw. a good alternative though for those that still eat SAD. i feed my husband sandwiches on those sometimes since he is still SAD. from what i have heard larabars are raw though. though high fat, but good for when you just need something!

    Make sure, if you get the bar, to get LARA bars, and not Luna bars. Luna bars are totally not not not raw. Tasty...but not raw.

    So Ezekial Bread isn't raw, but manna bread is closer and sooooo delicious. It's acceptable to some raw foodists (e.g. Sarma Melangailis uses it in "Raw Food/real world.") I think it is cooked above 200 degrees, but it's a really great transition bread and I always have some around. Cinnamon Date is the BEST.

    You can make essene bread which is raw, and very tasty.

    lara bars ok i was confused and thanks for the info good thing i didnt buy it ive already got rid of so much food this week its crazy!
