    Default Dried figs

    Hello again,

I was wondering a little about dried figs keeping qualities. How long is recommended to keep an open packages? I've have been noticing that after about two days the begin to get a quite unfresh taste but Im not sure if its the keeping qualities or if im keeping them in the wrong conditions.

Should one keep them in the fridge?

I keep dried fruit in the fridge. I find it stays the longest this way.

    Ok thanks!

It doesnt lose any essential vitamins or such things in the fridgde then? I've heard some fruits and such may do.

    onions, tomatoes, apples, oranges etc.
