    Smile Stop kidding yourself

    Hi Everyone,

    Are you mentally tough?

I want you to go to your local gym and sign up for a month.

Take the 30 day challenge and workout at the same time.

    Fruits, veggies, and sweat.

    You must exercise.

Lift some light weights...run and walk on the tread.

Talk to other people at the gym.

Go to a serious bodybuilding gym.

None of this pansy spandex stuff.

Feel the burn and watch what happens.

    Raw food rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Alissa knows.

    Peace,

    M.B.

Hi Monkey boy, thanks but no thanks, I just spent all day getting in and out of the car, carrying boxes and boxes of plants and dirt and perlite, digging, weeding, hoeing, mowing, pulling and tugging, lifting and wheel barrowing, and bending and stretching and asuming positions even a yogi wouldn't try, to plant our gardens, so although I am not a light weight by any means, I would rather get some bang for my buck, or some accomplishment for my sweat.

If it works for you, great, but it doesn't work for me, I have always thought it strange, that someone would get dressed in a funny outfit, drive to the local gym, pay money to get all sweaty on equipment that other people have gotten all sweaty on, then take a shower in a not so clean environment, then come home and do whatever, when they could have done all of that in the privacy of their own home with their own house or garden or whatever and done the same thing.

You see, I remodle, that is my exercise of choice, and in the summer I garden, so I'm not sitting idle, if I'm not climing a ladder, much like a stair master, I'm hammering a nail or lifting a 50 pound box of nails or carrying some 2 X4's or hanging sheetrock over my head, anyway, I'd rather DO something.

And I can spend my hard earned cash NOT on fancy gym clothes and shoes and a membership and a personal trainer, but on the items to upgrade my home and to buy new cool tools, YES, tools, I love gadgets and tools.

    But thanks for the offer.

Already doing it monkeyguy. 4 times a week. Living in an apartment on flat surface streets, didn't see so many options as I had living in a house. Wear my favorite sweats and a light t-shirt, ride the bike over and back, lifting weights and playing w/ the machines. Use to work out at Bill Pearl's gym in Pasadena and also the Power Source in Burbank ~ heavy duty gyms. Don't need no personal trainer....actually, could be one. ;)
