Vortexed water is basicaly when you mix the water a certain way with a substance, and the water takes on the energy signiture of that substance, sort of like homeopathy. I don't know about the other kinds of water, or if they are all the same, but the kind I prefer is the filtered water out of my well- and I am extremely picky about my water. I'd give you some if I could! It's great :)

yes, i have heard about structured water. so, water in bottles is "dead" or unstructured...

ok, i do not know the science, but i usually put something living inside the water i drink - so that the water will take on a living life force. usually i put a bit of celtic salt. also lemon, or live seeds.

i suggest just adding a bit of celtic salt - i can feel the difference, unscientific though i may be!

One can Google 'structured water' and read all about it's validity from differing sides.
Seems like alot of nonesense. Nature wouldn't impose those kinds of requirements after so many billions of years of working it out.

corn, you may be right. i have wondered if my sea salt thing was just in my head making the water better. but, the water we drink is NOT natural. spring water from a living flowing stream, as we would drink if the world were natural, is naturally structured. i think the flowing gives it a life force that bottled water does not have.

i'll have to do more research - i started the salt thing from hanging out with raw foodies who say "structured water" and to me it just made sense.

'life force' in water? One needs to really explain that to me. And then after that please tell me how that is imparted to your structures. I know it's fun to imagine things to make life here more entertaining....
Salt is a big subject and one of constant debate amongst novice health seekers so I won't start to explain the differing POVs. read, read, read some more and especially from physiological texts. This stuff is not that mysterious, really.

Here are a few links to some really interesting reads regarding water and salt:

This is the latest page I've read. Not sure what I think of it...aside from the fact that they ARE selling a product:

Another link that I've posted a few times in the past, which is extremely informative:

Microstructured water not only yields a hexagonal structure, but also results in reduced surface tension of the water (due to smaller cluster size - hence 'micro-clustered'). Reduced surface tension means better hydration of cells and tissues, along with better flushing of wastes (water is a solvent).
