Default MC: Pulp or No pulp?

Today is my 4th day on the MC and I woke up with terrible stomach cramps (I assume from the senna tea). However I've been using the lemon pulp too in my drinks and I wonder if this makes a difference. I don't remember where I read it to do that , but somewhere on line I remember seeing it so I've been making it that way. Who here has done the MC? Did include the pulp from the lemon? What were you're results? Do you have any suggestions for me?

    Hi Jen,

I am on day 24 of a fast. Today is day 22 of the Master Cleanse.
When I make my lemon juice I strain the pulp out before drinking it. I do this because it just seems like if you are fasting then you don't want the pulpies in there. That's just me. I don't know which way is the "right" way to do it. So far I have really enjoyed the cleanse. I find that if I drink the tea in the morning I get cramps in the middle of the afternoon. Sometimes I will drink the tea in the morning if I don't do the SWF, but I don't like the way it makes me feel. I don't have any problems with the tea at night though.
    Good luck with your fast!
