    Default SWF & Tea on OJ Diet/Fast?

    Can you drink tea on the OJ diet?

    Also can you do the SWF for elimination?

    And if you do the SWF do you have to do enemas too?

    I don't see any harm in drinking teas while on a fast. I do it.

    Regarding the SWF and enemas...I think you're mixing up different fasts. Just make sure you have one form of elimination.

    Other people can give you more advice.

    I would prefer not to do enemas if I don't have to. I'd rather do the SWF but I want to make sure I can do it on a half water/half juice fast.
