    Talking First 100% Day Down!

I feel so darn proud of myself, it's just ridiculous. As I was eating dinner I kept breaking into a grin because I easily got through today eating 100% raw. I didn't even give cooked stuff a second thought!

I just want to post what all I ate today, more for myself than anything, but I love input comments and opinions too ;)

Ok so I drank coffee in the morning..
    and 2 pears

An hour or so later I ate an atafulo mango (my fav right now!) and maybe half an hour late I ate another one. Yum.

I ground up maybe 1/4 cup sunflower seeds to a powder, not soaked, and stirred up with some flax and a spoon of honey. I ate it with a spoon. This was when I felt like snacking on a hotcross bun that were sitting on the counter... It worked like a charm...

Then I went for a long 2 hour walk, and after that made one of most favourite raw delights ever -

A young coconut flesh and water blended smooth with thawed raspberries, LOTS of raspberries, and I use udo's 3-6-9 oil so I added a spoon of that. Oh I could drink this forever

Dinner had me worried because I'm needing to go grocery shopping pronto for more raw options but I did have tomatoes and sunflower seeds and parsley so I made a salad. Soaked sunflower seeds blended with coconut water, lemon juice and cumin. With 3 chopped up tomatoes and some parsley.
There were A LOT of sunflower seeds, and I'm feeling pretty seedy now, but hey I ATE RAW all day! I am very pleased :)

I must say thank you to Alissa, I found an old thread while browsing yesterday and it was the absolute motivation and clarification I needed to just eat it raw. Sorry I can't find it now.. but I'll post it if/when I do because it was really REALLY a wonderful post. So THANK YOU Alissa, and to everyone else on this forum, because I've found what it was I needed to give me that little nudge (or swift kick in the rear )

Congrats! That is a real accomplishment. I am in my 3rd day 100% raw and I know what you mean about breaking into a grin. It was mostly in the grocery store on my way home today, I looked at everyone else's cart and they were filled with junk. I just thought how wonderful I'm going to feel from all this living food.

    Keep up the good work!
