raw defatted my abs
ive been a strict vegan for 14 years , til the past 8 months since i went raw i had , for the rest of the 14 years , aten dry beans , brown rice , boiled or baked potato , oats , vegan spaghetti , whole wheat no animal product bread , water , coffeee , frozen orange juice and all kinds of raw stuff . this entire time , like i have since i was 8 , ive been working out . biking , running , lifting , cals . and every year come spring time ide have to do sit ups galore to burn my winter fattening food gut off to look my best for summer . well like i said 8 months ago i went raw , and when i started by habit to adjust my workouts to include alot of sit ups these past 2 months i realized in mirror that because of changing diet i had no gut or obliques ( love handles ) , it looks like ive been doing alot of sit ups already

It has been my experience that complex carbs like oatmeal, bread, wheat, rice..all that non raw stuff cause many women to have a softer middle (carbs draw water ) . Going Raw eliminates that making it easier to get the trim tummy...aka ABS ! wahoo for you........

current bodyfat is
18-19% in the AM
15-16% in the PM,
goal is to see this go down 3% (as they are not as accurate as they are consistant ! )
