Yes most veggies have protein so if you eat loads plus green drinks you should be FINE !

Opt for Kale, Spinach, asparagus, articokes, dark greens being the best, sprouts do have some. Your best source is Hemp, imo.

Many veggies have protein in them, yes. Bean sprouts have about 3 grams of protein per cup, spinach about 1 gram. 1 cup of raw avocado also has about 3 g. Nuts and seeds are the most protein-dense foods in a raw diet by far. This site has some information on nut/seed nutrition: http://www.vegsoc.org/info/nutsseeds.html

Actually, greens and vegetables contain the amino acids that protein is broken down into before it can actually be used. Protein is not utilized by the body, it is the amino acids from the breakdown of protein that is utilized by the body. Plants and vegetables are already in amino acid form.

Few (if any) foods contain single amino acids. Now, most fruits, veggies, etc. do contain incomplete protein, meaning that they're low or deficient in one or more of the essential amino acids, but this protein still has to be broken down by the body through digestion...
