In reading about raw foods, I've frequently come across the statement that "peanuts are toxic". Besides the risk of aflatoxins, what are other problems with peanuts?

Peanuts take forever to digest & they are highly acidic
raw since April 2005

I don't eat peanuts, because they are hard to find raw, but alot of foods have aflatoxin.

current bodyfat is
18-19% in the AM
15-16% in the PM,
goal is to see this go down 3% (as they are not as accurate as they are consistant ! )
