    Default Vega Bars

Has anyone tried the new Vega bars? They are supposed to be competitive with Larabar. I was just curious.

I dunno I've never\ had them but ingreidents don't specify whether almods are sprouted---I notice that companies that are gearing towards rawf ooders, will use our lango like germinated, saoked, sprouted.

I wonder if Vega, produces there own true raw almond butter. Id ask them about the ingredients and clarify their definition of raw, etc.

    Are they good? :)

I like the chocolate one, which I do not believe is 100% raw due to the use of cocoa powder. The other flavors are 100% raw according to the manufacturer, but I don't like the taste. I like to use them as an energy bar while training/racing triathlon, but at $4 a pop, they are quite pricey. I've been meaning to try making my own similar bars for some time now. Maybe I'll do that this weekend.
