    Default wheatgrass fast?

so im not typically very good at fasting, i get mentally frustrated and give up. so i have been contemplating a not too ambititious fast of 3 days with lots of water, but was wondering how wheatgrass could work into my fast and hopefully compliment the cleansing process? anyone ever tried this, had any experience. i would love to hear your advice, opinion or whatever!

ls , a few months ago , amongst a series of fast , i read at i believe www.wheatgrassexpress.com that wheat grass is an excellent detoxifier . so i was using it during fast and i cant say about detoxifying but it does give me strength when getting weak on a fast . goodday :)

I too am WEAK when it comes to fasting....I had an extremely busy day yesterday so chose to try again....For the first time since being raw (8/6/05) I made it entirely through a day with a quart of juice and the rest MC...Whew! But I get so tempted once I get home because everyone around me is eating (big family...not raw...yet) and EVERY COMMERCIAL IS ABOUT FOOD!!! AAAGGGHHH!)

I know some are thinking don't watch tv and meditate or something...But reality is, I am a mom to 5 active kids from 9-19 and that is just not possible....as long as I stay busy and out of the kitchen though I guess I'm o.k.

My question for others is how long should one fast...Is once a week ok like every Monday??? Anyone interested in doing that? I was thinking of trying today too because it's another busy day but wasn't sure I should with all the exercise I do and I WON'T take time off from that!!!

My other problem is I am a huge eater...I can really eat a lot...any tips on curbing that? I am not overweight (anymore) but was because of bingeing I think....I can literally eat 20 pieces of fruit throughout the day + a huge dinner salad...I feel like such a pig admitting that but it's true...any tips on helping with that? I am a good "rule follower." I don't eat after 6 pm because I'm up so early (3:45 a.m....) Thanks guys!
