    Default Overgrown bean sprouts..

I made beansprouts to make pate out of and it went just fine the first couple of times.. Then I made too many. The result was overgrown beansprouts and we have been using of them even when they started to become leafy. Now they are just way to big though. Any normal person would throw them out, but honestly, hoe can anyone throw out something so beautiful? Well, now I have 9 glasses filled with green plants and I don't know what to do with them, I know they grow to quite a fine size.. Any good suggestions? My innate plan is to try and keep the occupied inside until I can plant them out, it is still only early spring though lol, so it will take some time..

Do you have any bird feeders? I agree that you aren't likely to keep them alive until you can plant them, however I know that the birds and other critters would enjoy some fresh greens this early in the season. It is a lean time for them right now.
