    Default Organic and raw?

I have started to eat raw recently, but to be honest
all the vegetables has not been organic.
although I am planning to eat organic,
my budget doesn`t allow it at the moment.
Can this have something to do with the fact
that I`m not feeling any increased energy?
And how important is it for the detox effect
to eat organic in the beginning of the diet?

    Garnele -

Do what you can do. You will still get enormous benefit from eating all raw. If possible, try to buy those items organic that are most affected by pesticides (green leafy vegetables, strawberries, grapes).

However, it was my understanding that, due to long-standing practices and little corporate agriculture, there is little pesticide use in Europe and that most produce is organic. Is that not true?

    Thanks for answering!

It`s a bit awkward but I didn`t understand all of the
english words that you used. My english isn`t very good.

Anyway, I`ll do my best and I think the question was if we have more
    organic food here in sweden.
We don`t I`m afraid. Some of the products are
easily accessible but many others, apples and nuts for example,
are way to expensive for a student like me to afford with
    without making sacrifices

Sorry - let me try again but change my words for you.

Eating all organic is the optimal. This is not always possible, though.

So, just eat what you can. That will be good enough.

You will feel healthy and your body will change just eating all raw fruits and vegetables and seeds and nuts.

If possible, try to eat organic any berries or vegetables with green leaves. These have more poisons than other fruits and vegetables. But, if you can't, wash them as well as possible.

Even though you may not find foods labelled "organic" there, I believe that in the U.S., there is much more spraying of poisons than happens there.

So, don't worry. Just eat all raw and as much organic as you can.
