    Hey no tu tu's required!

I'm doing 3 sets of 30 second count then 1 minute counts and finally 1 1/2 minute count.

i'll try to find some pictures if anyone doesn't know the standard ballet warm up exercises.

    every step makes a difference,
    linda

I did ballet for years, but I remember doing actual dances... would we be choreographing things? Or just "exercising"?

preferably use this thread as a "check in" device to attend. obviously we will all have different schedules but this way we can "visually" see who is actively doing it. feel free to post when you have done it or what kind of improvements you feel, experience or see. :)

Okay, Linda, so I went to the website. Are you doing three sets of every exercise shown in every position for the times you stated? How long does this take? I'm interested, but I have to work myself into the thought of it first.

OOPS! I forgot to post--I did them two days in a row. Yes, I'm doing the first picture that shows 1st position, 2nd position etc just that box.

I really like the long lean muscles that develop in the arms--I've always envied the definition that ballerinas get from their exercises! I don't use weights as I do not like the bulky effect. Personal preference I don't think it looks good on me.

I think you'll enjoy the movements with music as the fluidness and gracefulness sets in.........I think that's part of the beauty of it too beside how great your ams will look.

    luv,
    linda
