    Default weight loss sharing

    Hi y'all~

    well, against my better judgement, got on a scale this morning and saw that I have lost 12 pounds in three weeks. That's great, right? Then why was I feeling discouraged? because it means I have 26 more to go to get to my goal. And this weight came off not only with raw foods, but infra red sauna's and working out at least 5 X a week. But then I got present to the fact that 12 pounds in 3 weeks is a lot! THat's like 4 pounds a week! So I realized I need to relax and love my body-let it do it's thing. One thing I do that's really fun is visualize myself at my goal weight and clothes size, wearing different things, doing different things (like hiking and stuff) and that makes me feel really empowered. Visualization works wonders!! I know I need to be patient-it took me a decade to put on this weight, it's ok to relax, be patient and just love my body-let it release the weight as it's ready-and it WILL release the weight-I know cause I visualize it everyday!!!

    Yes that is RIGHT.....you should be estatic !! Good for you. And discouraged to have 26 to go, but dear thats 12 pds less than a few weeks ago. Be encouraged !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    18-19% in the AM
    15-16% in the PM,
    goal is to see this go down 3% (as they are not as accurate as they are consistant ! )

    I know and understand ... I am working towards releasing weight as well... great thing that, isn't it... releasing versus 'losing'... one of the things that works for me is to really focus on the little changes I'm seeing along the way... such as not being quite as breathless after walking up my 3 flights of stairs... or the jeans fitting nicer... my skin looking 'glowing'...
    continued success! I can't wait to see/hear about your 'afters'
