Alissa, I just wanted to say thank you for sending the veggie pasta cutter. My husband bought us a really nice dehydrator for Christmas all digital and now with the slicer I feel ready to start the 30 day challenge after our house guests leave on Saturday. Thank you for such a wonderful book and dvd and have a wonderful new year!!
