Hey!
I've started the MC a few days ago...but a very strange occurence happened last night while I was sleeping. I felt a burning sensation on a small section of my inner thigh.I thought I had maybe my blankets had irritated me or something but that wasn't it. When I felt my skin there was nothing noticeable to touch. The burning sensation went a way after a little while. But then when I got up this morning, the small section that burned had a light skin pigmentation. Anyone had this happen to them?? I don't use alot of cayenne in my "lemonade" but would this be the cause of it??

Inner thigh burning sensation...MC/cayenne

maybe you dropped a small amount on your thigh and did not notice until later. I could not do the Master Cleanse because of the cayenne burned my mouth, sinus. Good luck.
