    Default heavy dinner?

So congratulations to us, my 2 yo had a totally raw day today! But my husband is concerned that he didn't eat enough before bed....

he had cucumber, tomato, portabellas, purple cabbage, almonds, and currants... we made many different combos that we dipped into coconut oil.
He also had a slice of sprouted bread w/flax oil...

    what do you think?

I think he is adorable...oh on the diet. I am not expert on babies (as I never had my own, just stepkids who were 3 & 5 when I married their Dad) so I am not qualified to answer it but seems to me it is enough. I guess if he wakes up hungry you will know !!

My Grandson is 2.5 and while his parents are SAD when he comes to visit me he prefers to eats llike me, fruit and veggies. He loves them. Since I am Step Grandma they decided he should call me Nana (so as not to offend the two REAL Grandma's) and my Grandson decided he prefers to call me "Banana"...appropriate !!

Bio-Mom of five here. sounds like plenty to me. When in doubt you can always add avacado and/or nut butters to any sort of bread you made. The natural fat should hold him.

Congrats on the lifestlye for the lil one!

It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.

    Hi Brandy,

My grandson is 2 1/2 years old and most days he is 100% raw. What you listed is a lot of food compared to what Bryson eats.

    How did he sleep?

Some nights Bryson sleeps good and some nights he doesn't. So even if your little one didn't sleep good, it may not be related to what he/she ate for dinner. Give it a few nights to see.
