Default A good tasting juice for the skin

Hi all! Just wanted to post a juice recipe that has done wonders for my face. My skin is brighter, has a bit of a glow to it, is very soft, and is pretty clear. It's never been this way before, and I know beets are great for the skin, so I thought I'd share.

    1/2 beet
a few leaves and stems from the beet
    3 carrots
    1 apple
    A few slices of pineapple

It smells like dirt (from the beets, I'm assuming) but tastes really good (from the pineaple, mostly) and is a beautiful color. Even my boyfriend - who gets really freaked out at the juices I make, and won't usually try even a sip of them - thought it was good :)
    Give it a try!

Thought I'd add this one too:

    1 lemon
    3 carrots
    3 collard leaves and stems
    a few handfuls of spinach
    2-3 cabbage leaves

It's an interesting taste that you'll like better after you've made the juice two or three times. It tastes more like lemon than anything else. I've not been well lately, and am still not sure what the actual problem is...but when my muscles start to get achy, and I start to feel exhausted and sick...this juice helps.

When you say lemon do you mean the whole thing in the juicer or just use a manuel citris juicer?

When I juice lemon, I remove the yellow portion of the peel, but leave the white layer on as it contains a lot of...uh oh...was it bioflavanoids? One of those things lol
Anyway, yeah I just cut the yellow off and then put the lemon through the juicer.
    Hope you like it!
