This has happened 2x-I've made a mistake in my title, only to notice it later. When I edit it, it "goes" thru and looks okay, but when I check back later it isn't corrected.

editing
After making your additional corrections do you select the save changes bar?
Then select the preview post bar to double check it before posting - These options work for me

nope. I thought I did that, so I tried it again and was very careful to select post, not preview....hmmmmmm......

I'm not sure why you cannot change the main title/subject heading of a thread...but I just know that it's not set up for you to be able to. What you ARE changing when you edit the title is actually the sub-title that shows up in bold letters immediately above your post.
