There are a few of us here, read some of the posts here in the Exercise section to get a few ideas. A few have Journals for the 30 day Challenge but that will probably not answer your questions. I will answer but not right now..must be off.
I do think that most of the BB here are now retired from competition, me included, I did my last shows in 2005. We still train though.
