    Default a couple questions

    hello,
    just wondering if there is any raw bodybuilders out there. i am working on my personal trainer certification and i need to do a report on body building.if there are any answer a couple of question if you would.....
    what is your meal schedule like?
    do you take any supplements? if so what kinds
    i need the same thing for like marathon runners, long distance cyclists or any endurance athlete

    There are a few of us here, read some of the posts here in the Exercise section to get a few ideas. A few have Journals for the 30 day Challenge but that will probably not answer your questions. I will answer but not right now..must be off.

    I do think that most of the BB here are now retired from competition, me included, I did my last shows in 2005. We still train though.

    GW : 125-126
    current bodyfat is
    18-19% in the AM
    15-16% in the PM,
    goal is to see this go down 3% (as they are not as accurate as they are consistant ! )
