the fruit shouldnt ferment in your stomach if you are eating it with proper food combinations- alone or with only greens. Eating mono for fruits help too for some with digestion issues.

I have suffered from painful IBS since I was a young child... allergic to gluten as well... RAW has been nothing short of a miracle for me and my digestion... :)

I just searched google and saw a recipe for plantain curry-- diced or mashed plaintains w. garlic, curry powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, dash of agave & coconut oil. Mix all together and chill.
