I soak lundburg wild blend and wehani rices :) I liked them, soak for at least 2 days, but the longer the better I think (so I've heard, I jus can't wait that long :D ) its alittle...

I see no one has added the real mexican ingrediant... corn! I'm hispanic, and I can't use flax in place for the nachos :p I ground my own raw fresh corn, and dehydrate into chips, make sunflower...

make the cream, and use it as part of a "fruit-n-yogert" type meal. place on top anti-oxidant rich berries... yumm!

I hear frozen veggies are, but what about fruit? sometimes, I have to get frozen berries, because my husband can't afford fresh ones for me... so I was wondering, thankx :D
