Guacamole on lettuce leaves is a classic favorite of mine. ;D I made lettuce wraps a lot when I was just beginning raw, with the simplest just being avocado, tomato, and cilantro.

I agree, the longer a person is involved with raw foods the less they rely on appliances other than their blender. I usually use my food processor a couple times a week, and my dehydrator a few times...

Parsley has a delicious unique flavor, but as a green it is mild.
