Mostly fruit, love my fruit!!
Then greens, I have at least a quart of green smoothie each day.
Then salads, nuts, nut based pates and desserts.
And lots of water, especially good with lemon...

In the early 90's I used Elizabeth Baker's books and made an apple dessert that was delicious!

I find kale to be really strong but do use it a lot but add more fruit. Always a banana, maybe pineapple or berries to sweeten it up. You were very creative in how to use it afterall, great idea!
